The site was challenging. To build on a steep upslope and make a driveway that was safe and functional. Creating a Southern exposure insured full sun. A better, greener and more effective driveway melt than anything you could add.
This masterpiece was designed to insure panoramic views from all five bedroom suites, the “great room” style kitchen and dining rooms, while is left coverage available for a circular motor court-style driveway to ease accessibility to the upslope home. The house itself incorporates an 850 square foot three-car heated garage, master on the main level, three laundry rooms, multiple office spaces, six full luxury baths, interior fountain, grand circular staircase, home automation system, media room and 13-zone hydronic in-floor radiant heating.
