The entire world is "going green" and Advance Design & Construction, Inc. is pleased to be building Incline's first home designed to qualify for LEED® (Leader in Energy and Environmental Design) certification at 1085 Mill Creek Road. LEED® is a nationally recognized, third-party certification system of the U.S. Green Building Council. LEED® recognizes the highest quality in green homebuilding and LEED-certified homes are energy efficient, use indoor air quality building materials, are water smart and respect the environment in which they are constructed.
